Mr. Daniels is Co-Founder, President & CEO of NGD Cybersecurity and Customer Service Consultants LLC. For more than 20 years, Military (Navy & Army) Veteran, Professor, and Cybersecurity expert, Gabriel Daniels has been serving the DoD and companies in creating cyber-secure enterprise IT systems, IT Infrastructure Security, secured cloud implementation, and facilities for mission-critical systems. Mr. Daniels has high-level mission-critical, cyber experience working with agencies within the U.S. intelligence community, NATO, Department of Defense, and Department of Treasury. He was instrumental in the development of the Army’s Strategic Cybersecurity and Cyber’s Incident Handling Response Plans. Mr. Daniels speaks at many industry conferences and most recently presented at the Department of Energy’s Energy Exchange Conference in Cleveland, where he lectured on the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process for control systems. Mr. Daniels sits on the board of the revolutionary Data Privacy Company, DatChat, and serves as its CIO. He is also a member of the National Small Business Association Leadership Council.
Nicole Daniels is Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer (COO). Nicole has a B.S. in Computer Technology, a M.S. in Technology Management and is a Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP). With over 2 decades of experience in Customer Service and Information Technology, she has professionally worked in the federal government, corporate and private sectors.Nicole has experience in Network Administration, Customer Service Support, Help Desk Support, Desktop Support, Active Directory, Systems Development Lifecycle Environments, LAN/WAN Engineer, Exchange Administrator, Database Administrator, and System Administrator. She has over 15 years of experience in writing technical documents, developing, and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines. Nicole has also successfully served as the project lead on big agency projects, fulfilling projects initiatives and goals and accomplishing projects missions.Nicole believes that technology is the future and effective communication is the key. So, by cultivating both IT with providing effective Customer Services to our current and potential clients, it ensures that our work will be completed effectively, efficiently, skillfully and everyone walks away satisfied that the mission has been accomplished.
